History
The International Clinical Evidence Professional Society (ICEPS) was conceived at the 2nd Conference on Clinical Studies with Medical Devices and IVDs. This pivotal event brought together a vast and diverse community of clinical professionals, highlighting the need for a dedicated association that caters specifically to their needs.
During the conference, it became evident that there was a significant gap in support and resources for clinical professionals working with medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics (IVDs). Recognizing this, the attendees expressed a unanimous desire for a platform that could facilitate knowledge exchange, professional growth, and the development of innovative approaches to clinical evidence. Motivated by this collective vision, ICEPS was established at the heart of Europe, in Brussels, as a society committed to the advancement of clinical evidence standards and the harmonization of practices across the globe. Since its inception, ICEPS has grown into a thriving community, providing a dynamic educational ecosystem for clinical professionals in the medical technology sector.
Through our dedication to fostering collaboration and promoting career advancement, ICEPS continues to lead the way in shaping the future of clinical evidence in medical devices and IVDs.
Board Members
The ICEPS Board of Directors is tasked with key responsibilities to ensure the organization effectively serves its members and upholds its mission. They provide strategic direction and governance, developing policies that align with ICEPS’ goals.
